Warm Homework Space in Clerkenwell

3:30pm – 5pm every Wednesday from 9 November to 14 December (except 7 December)

Students aged 11 - 18 years are invited to drop into the Museum of the Order of St John's Learning Centre every Wednesday after school to make use of a quiet desk, free snacks, hot and cold drinks and Wi-Fi. Parents and carers very welcome to join too.

The Museum's Learning Centre can be found in St John's Square, Clerkenwell (postcode: EC1V 4JJ), which is situated over the road from the Museum.

Free Half-Term Family Activities

Seacole Session: Powerful Potions with Storytelling (3-10 year olds)

Thursday 27 October, 1.30pm-3pm

Discover the work of the Order of St John’s apothecaries and create your own potion to take home. Includes storytelling with each session booked. Aimed at 3-10 year olds but siblings and babies very welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the whole event.

This activity is part of our new programme of sensory-friendly family events for families with children who need a quieter environment to enjoy our activities. Spaces are free but must be pre-booked. Witch Pots with Storytelling (3-10 year olds)

Friday 28 October, 11am – 3.30pm, free drop-in event

Search for medieval graffiti before creating your own witch bottle, with storytelling at 1:30pm-2:30pm. Aimed at 3-10 year olds but siblings and babies very welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the whole event.
