Journey to Parenthood (Solihull Antenatal Programme)
Journey to Parenthood is an antenatal programme that supports mothers to adapt to the changes of becoming a mother and provides the opportunity to ask questions about what to expect throughout pregnancy and beyond. The programme helps both parents to think about the kind of parents they want to be and supports them to understand the developmental needs of their baby as they grow and develop. Parents are encouraged to think about the kind of support they would like during labour and delivery as well as learning how they can get to know their child before they are even born!
Length of programme: 6 weeks (2 hours per week).
