Hello, welcome to Trang Fitness. I'm the co-founder of Dr Stretch studio in Angel Islington.

My passion is to support you to change your relationship with your body for the better. I am here to help you to increase fitness, greater body confidence, better sleep, and more energy.

I've been offering Personal Trainings and Sports Massage to all the gym goers, mums and dads in Islington.

If you ever endure a nagging pain on any particular muscles group then come in my studio where I offer manual therapies such as (Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Cupping)

Or maybe you just want a personal trainer for a kick-start to improve your overall health and fitness... Whatever your motivations are, I can help you. I am mobile, so I can train you in my studio, online, the park, or your private outdoor space. Total flexibility to work around your lifestyle.
