One Housing Group
We are a housing association and a not for profit organisation with a strong social purpose. We believe in creating places that people can call home, supporting people to live well and building lasting homes and communities.
We are the largest provider of quality care and support in London and the South East, with over 8,000 customers.
We work with vulnerable people with differing needs including young people, people with mental health problems and people with learning disabilities. We aim to improve the quality of life of our customers, building confidence and skills to allow them to live independently while playing an active role in their communities. We view all our customers as individuals whose talents and aspirations need to be realised, treating them with respect and dignity, and focusing on achieving real results.
We are passionate about what we do and strive to deliver the highest quality housing and services, including:
- Contemporary retirement housing for sale and rent
- Retirement support and care services
- Young people's housing care and support including complex services
- Young parent care and support centres
- Modern mental health housing, care, support and nursing from community services to acute crisis centres
- Borough and county wide floating support services
- Our flagship homeless project, Arlington is a unique scheme in a beautiful building which also provides work opportunities for its residents. The project based in Camden houses residents as well as commercial, arts and conference businesses.
