Activity Partners – Help to Get Out and About

Do you lack confidence in going out, or aren’t sure how to find a class or group that is right for you?  Our Activity Partners will help you find the right activity for you and go along with you to help you break the ice.

Age UK Islington offers a wide range of activities.  From cookery classes to a cuppa and a chat, we’re here for Islington residents aged over 50.  Meet new people, try new things, keep connected and improve the quality of your later life.  Hosted by Age UK Islington, all over the borough – many are free.
