Smart Works

Smart Works is a charity that helps women give them the confidence they need to reach their full potential by providing high quality interview clothing supported by two styling volunteers. This will be followed by a one-to-one coaching session with an expert interview coach to receive valuable interview preparation, with the goal of enabling them to succeed at interview. The items of clothes received are theirs to keep, and when offered the job we welcome women back for a further 5 more items of clothing to get them started in their new role.

As a result of the pandemic our virtual career coaching service was launched, this service acts as step before our core interview preparation service. The aim is to support unemployed women to maximise their chances of securing a job interview with the help of our trained coaches.

We take referrals via another organisation or charity who support women on their employment journey.
