St Augustine's Church, Highbury
The Church runs a creche, and age-related teaching groups on Sunday during the morning service. During term-time, the church runs Hippo Babies, Hippo Club (toddlers), Playgroup and Groundbreakers Club. In the summer there is a week long Holiday Club. Each autumn, there is a Christianity Explored course for enquirers. Enquiries about funerals, weddings and thanksgivings/baptisms should be made to the vicar. The church hall and lounge are available for hire by groups or for social functions, especially children's birthday parties.
Warms Space
Our free Food bank and Community Warm Space currently runs on Tuesday afternoons, 2pm-3.30pm.
(We will be closed 26th December 2023 and 2nd January 2024, but open all other Tuesdays).
We serve free tea, coffee, biscuits and cake at the Community Warm Space.
