School-Home Support, SHS
School-Home Support (SHS) is a charity working with children and families to maximise educational opportunities and improve life chances. Partnering with schools, local authorities and families, SHS looks beyond the classroom to understand and tackle the issues affecting children's learning. We work with families and professionals to tackle the underlying issues that cause poor attendance, poor behaviour and poor attainment. We support children and families with issues including mental health, housing, domestic violence, poverty and family separation.
