Janet Speirs

Level 3 qualified. Rated 'good' by Ofsted. Working with childminder Jodie Silvera who is level 4 qualified. 13 years' experience working with children including working in nurseries and as a room leader in a Montessori nursery.

We provide a nurturing home from home setting where children feel safe. We offer lots of fun activities including sensory play, messy play, story and song time and many more throughout the day while catering to childrens individual needs and interests.

We also attend stay and plays, visit the park, farm, museums, aquarium, and the local zoo. We have a large playroom and a garden with outside equipment including sand and water play, cars and soft play.

We track each child's progress and development using learning journeys. They are updated regularly, filled with children's own work and photos of what the children have learnt in our care, creating some great memories for the future which parents can take home.

Parents are also given daily dairies providing information on the child's day including food and achievements.

We provide healthy fresh home cooked meals and snacks and can provide references on request.
