African AIDS Helpline

The African AIDS Helpline gives you the time and a confidential space to explore your feelings, seek advice in confidence, without prejudice and get the help you need. We will answer your enquiries over the phone as well as send you written information. The helpline is free and open from Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. The languages available are English, French, Portugese, Luganda, Shona and Swahili.
