Clarion Housing, formerly Circle 33

Circle 33 Housing Trust which has merged with Clarion directly manages 8,300 general needs properties in London, provides maintenance services to 3,300 supported, commercial and leasehold properties, and has a high profile in London as a leading social housing provider and member of the G15 of Housing Associations, whilst enjoying the benefits of being part of a national housing group.

Circle Housing Circle 33's owned homes for older people and supported housing (2,200) are locally managed via Service Level Agreement by Circle’s Support Initiatives department, and likewise leasehold, shared ownership, key worker, temporary social housing and other non-social rented homes (1,200) are managed by Circle’s commercial services department.
