Keniston Housing Association

Keniston is a small housing association with about 700 rented homes in London and the southeast.

We are a small Housing Association providing plenty of affordable homes.

New tenants come to us from Local Authorities or a small number of other organisations which deal with people in housing need.

We accept direct applications for our sheltered flats for older people. Many of these are “studio” or “bedsitter” flats, which are completely self contained with separate kitchen and bathroom and one room for living and sleeping in. They have an emergency alarm service and a Scheme Manager. 

Vacant flats occur from time to time in Farnborough, Crawley and Sidcup.
