Cornwallis Intensive Support Service
The service supports people with mental health needs who live in their own homes in Islington.
The Team develop personalised support plans based on people's needs, addressing social, emotional, practical and cultural well-being outcomes. They provide intensive support, visiting service users at their home or at another agreed location.
The team work closely with people to identify their goals. The treatment is needs based, using the recovery model, and can run up to two years.
