We provide services to the following groups : For the Frail older people, Adults with mental and physical disabilities, Adults with learning disabilities and Substance Misuse At Trinity Care we have a multilingual workforce available to allow us to meet local cultural and language needs. •We also have specialized multi-lingual services available to the Turkish, French, African, Portuguese, Somalian and the Asian Communities. Clients that are in receipts of welfare benefits or others on low incomes can be offered support in budgeting particularly where they are no longer confident about managing their day to day. Where more specialised advice is required around claiming benefits then the client will be signposted to other organizations.
