Islington Adult Social Care First Point of Contact

The First Point of Contact team is 'front door' to Adult Social Care (ASC) and provides information, advice and care support for people with physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, older people, their friends or family.

We are the team to contact for all initial enquiries about social care, including safeguarding concerns.

To make a referral for ASC services, you will need to complete the following online forms:

1. ASC request for service 
2. Safeguarding Concern Form

If you are a professional wishing to refer someone, please ensure you have their consent first.

Please note that any care services arranged by Social Services may be charged for - this is means tested. See 'Paying for care' for more information.

The office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
