Islington Safeguarding Adults Board
The Islington Safeguarding Adults Board (ISAB) is a multi-agency body responsible for ensuring that agencies work well together to safeguard and protect adults with care and support needs from harm and improve their well-being.
What is Safeguarding Adults?
Some adults are more at risk of abuse than others. Adults who have disabilities, mental health problems, who are old or ill for a long time, may find it hard to protect themselves. They may be at greater risk of financial, emotional and physical, sexual abuse, neglect and self-neglect.
Everybody can help vulnerable adults to live free from harm. Do the right thing by reporting safeguarding adults concerns.
