We will then do an assessment to see what kind of support you may need, what you are able to do, and your daily living needs.
The assessment is free, but you may have to pay towards services.

- People with a global learning disability who are aged 16 years and over for services from the Community Healthcare Team. People with a global learning disability who are aged 18 years and over for services from Social Services.

Islington Learning Disability Partnership only works with people with diagnosed learning disabilities. Referral only via GP unless already known to the team.
