Main benefits surrounding our service; • We allow clients to select the carer they want based exacting requirements; both physical and social • We guarantee cover for our clients. In essence, this means that we will never let you down if our carer should be unwell or unable to cover. We will find you a replacement • Our fully trained carers are excellent at promoting independence whilst providing plenty of care and support • We directly employ, supervise and closely manage all of our carers and endeavor to closely match our clients specific requirements with our carer's relevant skills • Our carers receive nationally recognised training through our training centre based at Minerva Mill in Alcester, Warwickshire. • Our carers work long periods, generally 4 - 8 weeks at a time, providing excellent continuity of care - meaning that our clients will be able to build up a relationship and a rapport with their carer who will be familiar with all routines so things are done their way, to their preferences and to suit their lifestyle
